Book Michelle for an in person workshop. Deeper conversations and a more impactful experience are guaranteed and as one of her students said:

““The best part of this Brave Art class was that I could draw whatever I wanted. The most important think I learned was how to draw my feelings on paper and to love myself no matter what others think about me.”      Sasha, WA

Brave Art Journaling for Youth is for kids aged 10- 16. The healing benefits of using art, the written word and learning empowering ways to feel less upset about something that happened in their day or life alleviates stress and helps youth understand their emotions.  This workshop helps to empower youth by envisioning their goals so they can connect to the essence of who they really are and further instil trust and strength in themselves.
I brings a whole art buffet of art supplies including stamps, stencils, markers, sponges, brushes and more to ensure the art experience is full of new and exciting art experiences. She starts her classes with a Contemplation topic of the day followed by an art demonstration and an introduction to meditation. Students are encouraged to participate in conversations and to feel free to explore their creativity and make a happy mess.

I only accept in person bookings in the Pacific Northwest region within driving distance of where I  live near Portland, Oregon.

The cost depends on the number of students but in Canada it generally costs $1000CDN and in the United States, $900 USD but this cost is negotiable on a case by case basis. This fee includes the Brave Art workbook journals for all participants plus transportation and lodging.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or would like to receive a more detailed and personalized quote.
